Boss's Duties

BOSS

Responsible for almost all activities in the family.
Can recruit
Can determine alliances
Can negotiate truces
Any major decisions that are made by the Boss needs to be finalized with the Godmother/Godfather before being finalized..IE Demoting anyone from current rank..Kicking someone out, unless the offense is so great that there is no room for discipline.
Is Head of the family when the Godmother/Godfather are not present
Is responsible for making sure that all soldiers and ranking officers below them are keeping inline with the family guidelines.
Make sure that all new recruits are made aware of the alliances, and the guidelines of the Family.
Keeps in touch with allies to maintain those allies
Has the power to decide whether to aid or not aid in the call for help with an ally if they feel the decision warrants either decision
Is not to question any decisions during war made by any higher ranking
officers if you feel something is not right, please take it up with a
boss or the heads of the family but are to accept any decisions made by ranking officers at that time
