NEGOTIATOR Duties

NEGOTIATOR

Has the ability to negotiate any situation that has gotten out of control, or feels the need for negotiation.
Has the ability to post any stand down
If the negotiator is sent in by a ranking officer to negotiate a stand down once that stand down is achieved all officers must honor the stand down terms.
In larger wars, the negotiator must work with the ranking officers to come to a stand down, to make sure that there is no other conflicts or reason for further attacks if the opposing side is asking for a stand down
Is responsible for knowing all allies Ranking officers, and to check in with them at least once a week.
If no higher ranking officer is present, or the Godmother/Father is not present, they are in charge until a higher ranking officer appears.
Has the right to decline or accept an allies call for help, based on the information given to them at the time the call for help is asked.
